Confederate Caselltopia is led by Kale, Sam came to Kale out of desperation to form the faction during The Hard Fight . Kale was at first reluctant to mobilize the forces Sam requested but after the numbers of Hat-Top's militia rose. Kale personally sought help from Sam and the faction was forged. The faction is devised of humans and Sams alike. Their technology and tanks were out-matched by Hat-Tops militia but they were easily mass produced for sufficient numbers in battle.
